The supporting and hosting units of this exhibition will utilize their resources and advantages to send invitations to relevant departments and groups in East China and across the country to assist in organizing professional audiences. The organizing committee will assign personnel to collect information on professional audiences through government channels, associations, societies, networks, magazines, professionals, etc., establish a database of professional audiences by participating in various exhibitions and seminars, and send out invitations using various methods.
3. Promotional efforts
3.1 The promotional work for this exhibition is the main means to attract target audiences. From the establishment of the organizing committee onwards, clear plans have been made for pre-exhibition, during-exhibition, and post-exhibition promotional work. The organizing committee recognizes that audiences will not attend just because they are invited; they will only come if they believe there may be actual gains from attending. Therefore, promotional content mainly focuses on areas of interest to the audience with targeted appeal. The main promotional methods include:
3.1.1 Sending out 200,000 invitation letters directly to visitors (also via email, fax, SMS), inviting them to attend the exhibition while collaborating with specialized mailing companies.
3.1.2 Promotion through over 100 specialized websites and magazines by advertising on websites or in specialized publications or internal publications of relevant departments to disseminate exhibition information to professional audiences.

★ Raw space (minimum rental area:36 m2) configuration: open exhibit space; all costs including construction fees for booths; raw space management fees; power supply fees are borne by enterprises separately.
